Funeral services for A. D. White, 63, of Kenner, LA formerly of Ferriday, LA will be held Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 11:00am from St. James Baptist Church in Frogmore, LA. Burial will follow at the Myrtle Grove Cemetery in Waterproof, LA under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday, LA. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5 to 7pm at the funeral home.

Mr. White, son of Annie White was born in Natchez, MS and died at the Westminster Retirement Home in Kenner.

His survivors are:  three children, Calvin Carter and his wife, Carol of Orange, TX; Derrick Cooper and Brittny White both of Houston, TX; ten grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Also two sisters, Bobbie Jean White of Houston, TX and LaShonda White of Lake Charles, LA; nine brothers, Otis White of Ferriday; Patrick White of Zachary, LA; Floyd White of Houston, TX; Julius White, Bobby White, Derrick White, Billy White and David White all of Kenner, LA; Michael White of Minneapolis, MN. And a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
