Funeral services for Mrs. Clara L. Williams, 64, of Clayton, LA will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 2:00pm from the Harvest Baptist Church in Ferriday. Burial will follow at the New Light Cemetery in Foules, LA with Rev. Greg Oliver officiating.

Visitation will be held Saturday afternoon from 1pm to service time at the church.

Mrs. Williams, daughter of Howard and Maelena Spears Lawrence, was born in Foules and died at her residence. She was a retired CNA.

She is survived by two sons, James Williams and his wife, Leslie of Ponchatoula, LA; Howard Williams of Clayton; three daughters, Rossano Williams of Ft. Worth, TX; Mary Williams of Clayton; Lela Williams of Flowood, MS; two brothers, Phillip Spears of Clayton; Victor Reed of Sicily Island, LA; three grandchildren, Natesha Harris and Howard Johnson of Clayton; Arionna Johnson of Flowood, MS. She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Bertha Glasper.
