Funeral services for Clarence "Bubba" Singleton, 84, of Vidalia, LA will be held Friday, June 3, 2016 at 10:30AM from Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday, LA. He will be interred at the Natchez National Cemetery beside his wife, Rosemary Green Singleton in Natchez, MS.

Mr. Singleton, son of Henry and Mary Williams Singleton was born in Vidalia and died at his residence following a long illness. He was a retired building inspector for Orange County, CA and a Korean War veteran from 1952 to 1955 earning an honorable discharge. After moving back to Vidalia, he was elected to the Concordia Parish Police Jury for one term, four years.

Preceding him in death are his parents; his wife; two brothers, James "Curly Boy" Singleton and Louis Anthony Stanford; two sisters, Danice White and Charlotte Drew; one grandson, Roddrick Singleton.

He is survived by his daughter, Renda Singleton and great-grandchild, Rachard Singleton; one sister, Alice Nolden all of Vidalia; and a number of other relatives and friends.
