Funeral services for Mrs. Corine Mack Thomas, 86, of Vidalia, LA were held October 30, 2018 from the Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Concordia Park, Vidalia, LA. She was interred beside her husband Johnnie Thomas at the Natchez National Cemetery in Natchez, MS. The Rev. Christopher Robinson officiated the services.

Mrs. Thomas, daughter of Henry and Rosie Smith Mack was born in Vidalia and died at Merit Health Natchez Hospital in Natchez, MS. She was a bus driver for the Concordia Council of Aging Senior Citizen Center. She was a faithful member of Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church; a member of the Rosewood Chapter #65 O. E. S. and the Fidelity Court #20 O. E. S.

She is survived by one daughter, Doris Thomas Polk of Vidalia; one son, Samuel Claiborne, Jr. ; six grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins; sister-in-law, Delores Jenkins of Lafayette, LA; special cousin, Murphy Carr of California.

Preceding her in death are her husband, her parents and one son, Johnnie Thomas, Jr.
