Funeral services for Deloris W. Dunkley, 64, of Ferriday, LA will be held Saturday, November 14, 2015 at 11:00am from Mt. Beulah Baptist Church in Ferriday. Burial will follow at Zion Hill B.C.Cemetery with Pastor Eugene Williams officiating. A visitation will be held Friday evening from 4 to 6pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Dunkley, daughter of James Wallace Jr. and Dorothy Owens Green was born in Natchez, MS and died at the Riverside Hospital in Alexandria, LA. She was a seamstress.

She is survived by one son, Alvin Wallace and his wife, Shelia, of Flint, MI; two daughters, Edeltress Wallace Stevens of Muskegon, MI; Mea Taylor and her husband, Gary, of Milwaukee, WI; one brother, James Wallace, Jr. and his wife, Faye of Flint, MI two sisters, Rubi Jackson, and Jeannette Lawshea and her husband, Rufus, all of Chicago, IL.

Also seven grandchildren, Stephanie Hare, Antoinette Taylor, Alexandria Taylor, Alison Wallace, Tre'vion Wallace, Josiah Wallace and Jayla Wallace; two aunts, Rosie Bethley and Lillie Mae Delehue and her husband, Cleveland; a special niece, Katina Washington all of Ferriday, LA.

She is preceded in death by her parents and a son, Landon Wallace.
