Funeral services for Dewayne Earl Thomas, 33, of Ferriday, LA will be held Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 11:00am from the Zion Hill Baptist Church in Ferriday, LA under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday. Burial will follow at the church cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 4 to 6pm at the funeral home.

Social distancing and masks are strictly enforced.

Mr. Thomas, son of Cleveland Stateum and Angela Thomas Harris, was born in Clarksdale, MS and died at the Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge, LA.

He is survived by his father, Cleveland Stateum of Clarksdale, MS; his mother and her husband, Angela and Neil Harris of Ferriday; two siblings, Roddrick Thomas of Killeen, TX and Natesha Harris of Clayton, LA; two nephews, Nyquavius and Keyondris Jefferson Clayton, LA.

Also grandparents, Roosevelt and Mary Thomas of Sacramento, CA and  Carrie Armstrong of Clarksdale, MS. And his extended family of aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
