Memorial services for Donnie Free,, 53, of Ferriday, LA will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at 3:00pm from Concordia Funeral Home, 609 Alabama Avenue, Ferriday, LA.

Mr. Free, son of Lonnie and JoeAnn Shiers Free, was born in Monroe, LA and died from injuries sustained in a pedestrian/auto accident in Ferriday.  His "furbaby" Hershey, a chocolate Labrador Retriever who he raised from a puppy was also lost in the accident.

He is survived by two daughters, Chelsea Matthews and Taylor R. Free; two sisters, Angela R. Crawford and Heather N. Shiers all of Ferriday; one brother, Roger Dale Free of Alexandria, LA.
