Funeral services for Dyron Johnson, 48, of Ferriday, LA will be held May 9, 2015 at 1:00pm from Mount Beulah Baptist Church in Ferriday. Burial will follow at Ferriday Cemetery with Pastor Jerry Baldwin officiating.

Mr. Johnson, son of Walter Ulysses Johnson, Sr. and Barbara McCoy Johnson, was born in Ferriday and died at Natchez Community Hospital in Natchez, MS following a long illness.

He was a custodian.

Survivors are his father, and his wife, Massey of Coushatta, LA; two daughters, Dykeisha Green and Alicia Green; two brothers, Walter U. Johnson, Jr. and his wife, Tangelia; James Johnson; one sister, Cynthia Johnson all of Ferriday; two aunts, Shirley Rice and her husband, John; Willie Mae McCoy all of Vidalia; one grandchild, Estel'Liah Green of Ferriday. And a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Dyron is preceded in death by his mother; three sisters, Stephanie Johnson, Miranda Johnson Anderson an Sarah Johnson Watson; one brother, Erick Wesley Johnson, Sr.; two nephews, Walter U. Johnson, III and Erick W. Johnson, Jr.
