Funeral services for Effie Laverne Foy Clark, 61, of Gilbert, LA will be held Monday, January 8, 2018 at 11:00am from the Kendrick Ferry Pentecostal Church in Gilbert, LA with Bro. Danny Davis and A. J. Kimball officiating. Burial will follow at the Oakley Cemetery under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferrdiday.

Mrs. Clark, daughter of Samuel and Emma Rushing Foy was born in Monroe, LA and died at the LSU University Health Conway Hospital in Monroe. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by one sister, Elvie Jean Barlow and her husband, Pete of Gilbert and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mrs. Barlow is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dick Clark and seven siblings.
