Funeral services for Emma L.  "BeBe" Milligan Conner, 76 years old of Ferriday, LA will be held June 13, 2026 at 11:00am from Word of Faith Ambassador Outreach , 903 Louisiana Avenue, Ferriday, LA. Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery in Ferriday. Pastor Roderick Lewis will officiate under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday. A visitation will be held Friday, June 12, 2026 from 5 to 6pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Conner, daughter of Tom and Lou Tolliver Milligan was born in Vidalia, LA and departed this life at her residence. She was a retired certified nurse's assistant.

She leaves to honor her life and legacy: her husband, James Conner of Ridgecrest, LA; her children, Marcus Ray Dailey and Gregory Dailey both of Ferriday; Cedric Milligan (Donna) of Vidalia, LA; Keith Milligan of Birmingham, AL; one brother, James "Dewey" Milligan of Ferriday; fourteen grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends, including a special cousin Adrian Henderson of Baton Rouge, LA.

BeBe is preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, Willie "Man" Milligan, Charles Milligan, Wilson Milligan, Jessie Milligan and Melvin Milligan; five sisters, Dorothy Milligan, Mildred Milligan, Elnora Milligan, Brenda Milligan and Willie Mae Spurs. In addition to a sister-in-law, Amanda Wilson Milligan.
