Funeral services for Ethel Mae Strong, 67, of St. Joseph, LA, passed on Nov. 25, 2024 in Winnsboro, LA, will be at 1:00 PM, Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024 at Pilgrim Chapel B.C., St. Joseph, LA, with Pastor Isaiah Ross officiating.

Burial will follow at Mount Herron Cemetery, St. Joseph, LA, under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be on Saturday from 11:00 AM until service time.

Ethel Mae Strong was born on Feb. 27, 1957, in New Orleans, LA, the daughter of Moses Strong and Alberta Williams.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Ethel Mae Strong leaves to cherish her memories with her three nieces that she raised as her own, Myesha Strong, Janice Strong, Patricia Mason; four brothers, Thomas Williams (Arma), Alex Williams (Charmetta), Cash Foster (Fannie), Henry Williams (Rosie Honeywood); five sisters, Renee Williams, Alberta Washington (Elgin), all of St. Joseph, LA, Yvonne Taylor (Keith), of Mandeville, LA, Beatrice Williams, of Slidell, LA, Ruthie Brown (Odell), Monroe, LA; one aunt, Alberta Jones, of Tallulah, LA; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
