A memorial service honoring the life and legacy of Florida "Freeda" Neal, 61, of Ferriday, LA will be held Saturday, October 1, 2022 at 10:00am at Concordia Funeral Home, 609 Alabama Avenue, Ferriday, LA.

Ms.  Neal, daughter of David Jackson, Sr. and Luebirtha Neal, was born in Ferriday and died at her residence.

She is survived by her son, Evans Dewayne  Neal and his wife, Jessica; four sisters, Sherry Foster and her husband, Paul; Sharon Yearby all of Ferriday; Rosie Neal Johnson and her husband, Lee of LaPlace, LA; Valeria Turner of Alexandria, LA; one brother, David Jackson, Jr. of Bronx, NY.

Also her companion, Evan Scott of Ferriday; four nieces, Natasha Clemons, Demetrius Jefferson (Kendrell); Brianna Foster all of Ferriday; Keiara Watson (Albert); of Laplace, LA; two nephews, Paul Foster, Jr. (Lyric) of Denham Springs, LA and a host of great nieces, great nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Se is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Jerry and Alex Neal. The Family of Ms.  Neal appreciates all the kind expressions of sympathy, love and laughter in their time of this great loss. She was loved deeply but God loved her best. Thank each of you for keeping the family in your thoughts and prayers.
