Services for Glen E. Daniels,63, of Ferriday, LA, who died on May 8, 2015, at the Riverside Hospital LTAC in Alexandria, LA, will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, May 15, 2015, at St. Mark Baptist Church in Clayton, LA, with the Pastor Rickey O'Quinn. Burial will follow at the Hope Estate Cemetery in Wisner, LA under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at 5 to 7 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.

Deacon Daniels was born Jan. 27, 1952, in Wisner, LA, son of Jesse and Jessie Ross Daniels.

He was a county agent for Louisiana State University Agriculture.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Raphael Armstrong and a niece, Delisha Jones.

Survivors include his parents of Wisner, LA; his loving wife, Newana Brass Daniels; one son, Jerrical (Demetria) Daniels of Baton Rouge, LA; three daughters, Shonte' Daniels of Ferriday, LA, Jessica Daniels of Houston, TX and Sheneka Armstrong of Winnsboro, LA; four brothers, Michael (Esther) Watson of Baton Rouge, LA; Michael (Jennie) Daniels, Kerry (Rashaunda) Daniels all of New Orleans, LA; Gary Daniels of Monroe, LA; six sisters, Vera Daniels and Martha Daniels both of New Orleans, LA, Esther Watson, Dorothy Watson, both of Sicily Island, LA; Lisa Roberts of Monroe, LA; Jacqueline (Ricky) Smith of Houston, TX; eight grandchildren, one great-grandchild; one aunt, Ethel Whitley, Wisner, LA, a special niece, Lahoya (Ricky) Tolliver of Sicily Island, LA; a good friend, Renard (Vanessa) Cage of Ferriday, LA; a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
