Funeral services for Hazel Clemons Ford, 79, of Ferriday, LA will be held Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 2:00pm from the Harvest Baptist Church in Ferriday. Burial will follow at Ferriday Cemetery with Rev. Ernest Ford, Sr. officiating. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 50to 7pm at Concordia Funeral Home.

Mrs. Ford, daughter of Sol and Estella Hooper Clemons was born in Vidalia and died at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, She was a retired Food Server for Concordia Parish School System.

She is survived by eight children, Robert Ford and his wife, Veronica; Patrick Ford and his wife, Juanita; Hazel Jefferson and her husband, Percy; Carolyn Broadnax and her husband, Jesse; Delores Henry and her husband, Lee all of Ferriday; Charles Ford and his wife, Karen of Arlington, TX; Ronnie Ford of Las Vegas, NV; Maria White of Grand Prairie, TX; three sisters, Adesta C. Stevenson of Ferriday; Bertha King and her husband, Prince of Natchez, MS; Barbara Clemons of Las Vegas. Also a number of nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Ford is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Charlie Ford, Jr., seven siblings and a niece, LaKeithsha Clemons.
