Funeral services for Henry Hudson, Jr. of Vidalia, LA will be held April 29, 2017 at 11:00am from True Love Missionary Baptist Church, 1441 Martin Luther King Drive in Natchez, MS. He will be interred beside his wife, Alice, at the Natchez City Cemetery under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday, LA. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6 to 8pm at the funeral home and again, Saturday morning from 9am to service time at the church. Rev. Leon Dixon will officiate.

Mr. Hudson, son of Henry and James Ella Branch Hudson was born in West Helena, Arkansas and died at the Ochsner Northshore Hospital in Slidell, LA. He was a retired correctional officer.

He survived by his children, Corey Hudson and his wife, Krystal of Lubbock, TX; DeArtist Hudson of Vidalia; Natacha H. Fisher and her husband, Herbert of Slidell; Jaqutit Frank and her husband, Jerin of Opelousas, LA; one sister, Marva Hudson and her companion, Lee Jackson of Ventura, CA; one brother, Albert Hudson of Santa Maria, CA;

Also fifteen grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives.
