Funeral services for Herbert D. Zeek, 68, of Vidalia, LA will be held Saturday, February 17, 2024 at 2:00pm from St. Thomas Baptist Church in Ridgecrest, (Levee Heights) LA. Burial will follow at the Vidalia Cemetery in Vidalia, LA . Visitation will be held Friday evening from 4:00pm to 6:00pm at Concordia Funeral Home. Pastor Jonathan Jacobs will officiate.

Mr. Zeek, son of Willie and Lessie Neal Zeek was born in Natchez, MS and died at the LaSalle General Hospital in Jena, LA, He was a farmer and a member of St. Thomas Baptist Church.

He leaves to cherish his memories: one sister, Deborah Zeek Polk; four brothers, Roger Zeek both of Vidalia; Elvie Zeek (Blanche) of Ridgecrest; Billy Zeek and David Zeek both of Memphis, TN; three aunts, Cleo Hooper  and Alberta Brown both of Vidalia;   Savannah Neal ;  two uncles, James Neal and John Neal, Sr. all of Baton Rouge, LA. In addition to a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

Herbert is preceded in death by his parents.
