The Clem Family will receive guest and family for a Memorial Services honoring the life and legacy of  James Edward Clem, Sr. on  Saturday, August 9, 2025 at 12 noon at 72 Sandpiper Road in Roxie, MS  39661.

James Clem, Sr., 56, of Ferriday, LA,  formerly of Roxie, MS, passed on Aug. 4, 2025 at Camelot Leisure Living in Ferriday, LA.  He was born on Jan. 31, 1969, the son of James A. Clem and Katie Smith in Natchez, MS. He was an oilfield worker.

Preceding him  in death is  his mother, Katie Smith; one sister, Gerrie Dawson and one son, Jeremy Clem.

He leaves to cherish his loving memories to his father, James A. Clem and  his wife, Linda of Roxie, MS;  three sons, David Clem of Georgia , Levi Clem and James E. Clem, Jr., both of Vidalia, LA; two daughters, Amanda Clem and Rachael Clem of Georgia; one brother, James A. Clem, III, of Ridgecrest, LA; one sister, Nicole Robichaux of  Houma, LA; and other relatives and friends.
