Graveside services for James P. Eames, Sr., 80, of Ferriday, LA, who passes on Mar. 2, 2022 at N. E. Louisiana Veteran Hospital in Monroe, LA, will be at 2:00 PM, Saturday, Mar. 5, 2022, Greenlawn Cemetery, Natchez, MS under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

James Phillip Eames Sr passed away on March 1st, 2022. He died peacefully in his sleep at the Veterans War memorial home in Monroe, Louisiana. He was 80 yrs old.
He was born on October 21, 1941 to Jerry and Pauline Eames.
He attended school in Ferriday, Louisiana at which time he enlisted in the Army where he was stationed in Korea. He was honorably discharged from the Army and he returned home where he worked for Sunbeam Bakery for over 20 years. He was a father of 3 children and enjoyed hunting and fishing as much as possible.

He is survived by his sister Marie Harris and her Husband Paul Harris of Ferriday. His Brother Michael(Bubba) Eames and his wife Katheryn Eames of Ferriday. His son James Phillip Eames Jr and his wife Teresa Eames of Ferriday, his son John Michael Eames and his wife Kristi Eames of Las Vegas, Nevada. His Daughter Paula Eames Perry of Ferriday and his only grandchild, Lauren Elizabeth Perry. He has many cousins and nieces and nephew's as well.
