Services for JayLyn Guice, 20, Ferriday, LA, who died Sept. 11, 2019 at her residence, will be 1:00 PM Saturday at Word of Faith Ambassador Outreach, Ferriday, LA with the Dr. Robbie Cade Furdge officiating.

Burial will follow at Barcelona Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be on Friday from 5 to 7PM at the funeral home.

Miss Guice was born Aug. 20, 1999, in Ferriday, LA, the daughter of Jacob Guice, Jr. and Stephanie Lambert.  She was a 2017 Ferriday High School graduate and was attending Southern University, Baton Rouge, LA.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Fayard and Floyd Webb Lambert; paternal grandmother, Shirley Guice.

She leaves to cherish her beautiful smile with her parents, Jacob Guice, Jr. (Dawn), Waterproof, LA, Stephanie Lambert; her paternal grandfather, Jacob Guice, Sr., Waterproof, LA; two sisters, Rashonna Davis, Myesha Lambert, all of Ferriday, LA; four uncles, Fayard Lambert, Jr. (Renee), Casey Lambert, Quincy Lambert, all of New Orleans, LA, Tracey Lambert (Patrice), Atlanta, GA; a host of other family and friends.
