Funeral services for John Henry "Mr. Frank" Lee, 84, of Ferriday, LA will be held May 20, 2017 at 11:00am from Mercy Seat Baptist Church in Ferriday. Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery with Rev. Everett Schiele officiating. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5 to 7pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Lee, son of Ernest and Matilda Montgomery Lee was born in Ferriday and died at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday. He was a retired plumber. Mr. Frank was he was affectionately called, enjoyed tending to his vegetable garden.

He is survived by his wife, Joe Helen Lee; one step-daughter, Lula Mae Simmons; three sisters, Clara Lee all of Ferriday; Elizabeth Carter and Mildred Robinson; one sister-in-law, Fay Lee all of Sacramento, CA.

Also a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his parents and a step-son, Ezra Davis.
