Funeral services for Joyce F. Kelly, 79, of Ferriday, LA will be held October 3, 2015 at 11:00am from St. James Baptist Church on Skipper Drive in Ferriday. Burial will follow at Ferriday Cemetery with Rev. Andrew "Jack" Martin and Rev. Eddie Schiele officiating. Visitation will be Friday evening from 5 to 7pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Kelly, daughter of Dan and Edith Williams Fair was born in Vidalia, LA and died at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA.

She was married to the late Horace Kelly, Sr. and to this union three sons were born: Sylvester Kelly and Gregory Kelly both of Ferriday; Horace Kelly, Jr. Kansas City, MO.

She is also survived by three brothers, Robert Lee Fair of St. Joseph, LA; Jimmy Lee Fair of Ferriday; Jessie Thompson of Cerritos, C; two sisters, Marie Jenkins and Willie Mae Fair Gardner both of Vidalia. And a number of grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
