Funeral services for Keristen "Kissy" Willaims, 47, of Ferriday, LA will be held. Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 2:00pm from the Greater Mt. Carmel   Missionary Baptist Church in Vidalia, LA. Pastor Raymond Riley, Sr. will officiate. Burial will follow at the Vidalia Cemetery under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 4 to 6pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Williams, daughter of Don Scott, Sr. and Janet Williams Mayes, was born in Natchez, MS and died at her residence.

She is survived by her children, Lathan Bates, Nathaniel Bates, Nathan Bates, Johnathan Bates, LaKaiza Williams and Johnathia Bate all of Ferriday; Keeddrick Williams and Kayondra Williams both of Vidalia;  three siblings, Don Scott, Jr. and Jessica Scott both of Ferriday; Jocelyn Carter of Jonesville, LA.

Also two grandchildren, eight aunts and three uncles and numerous cousins and other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her father and one son, McKinley Bates
