Funeral services for King "K.G." George Watkins, Sr., 93, of Ferriday, LA, who passed at the Valley View Health Care Facility, Marksville, LA, will be at 11:00 AM at Concordia Funeral Home.

Burial will follow at Beulah Christian Church Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Thursday from 4 to 6PM at the funeral home.

King George Watkins was born June 12, 1928, Monterey, LA, the son of Henry Clay Watkins and Bell Ross.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He leaves to cherish his memories to two sons, Kirfred G. Watkins, his wife Patsy, Marksville, LA, L.C. Green, his wife Pauline, San Bernardino, CA; one sister, Drusilla Johnson, Phoenix, AZ; two grandchildren, IJene' Watkins, Norfork, VA, Kirfred G. Watkins, II, Austin, TX; one great-grandchild, Keegan G. Watkins, Austin, TX; a number of other family and friends.
