Funeral services for LaShunda White Washington, 34, of Ferriday, LA will be held Saturday, May 31, 2014 at 1:00pm from Harvest Baptist Church in Ferriday. Burial will follow at the Myrtle Grove Cemetery in Waterproof, LA with Rev. James Beverly officiating.

Mrs. Washington, daughter of Elijah and Patricia White Hall was born in Pineville, LA and died at Christus St. Francis Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, LA.

She is survived by her parents, Elijah Hall of Kennesaw, GA and Patricia White Hall of Ferriday; her husband, Lem Washington, Sr. of Baton Rouge, LA; one son, Lem Washington, Jr. of Ferriday; one brother, Elijah White of Fairhope, AL; one niece, Alajah White of Fairhope, AL; one nephew, Elijah White, Jr. of Ferriday and a number of aunts and uncles.
