Funeral services for Lavell Warren, 68, of Ferriday, LA will be held Saturday, May 10, 2025 at 11:00am from St. James Baptist Church, 140 Skipper Drive, Ferriday, LA. Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday, LA. Bishop Justin Conner will officiate. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 4 to 6pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Warren, son of Ollie Warren Broussard and Claude Jackson, was born in New Orleans, LA and died at his residence in Ferriday. He was a maintenance worker at a local hotel.

He leaves to honor his life and legacy to his devoted mother, Ollie W. Broussard of Ferriday; two children, Lavell Warren, Jr. and Tantanisha W. Marlon; five grandchildren; and his good friend. Angela Foster of Natchez, MS.

Preceding him in death is his father; one brother, Roy Lee Warren; four aunts, Dorothy Mason, Victoria Taylor, Lela Warren and Alberta Womble; one uncle, Allen Warren.
