Funeral services for Leon Trask, 74, of Alexandria, LA formerly of Ferriday, LA will be held Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 11am from Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday. Burial will follow at the Ferriday Cemetery under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday. Pastor Eddie Schiele will officiate. Visitation will be held Saturday morning from 9am to service time.

Mr. Trask, son of Leonard and Annece Johnson Trask, was born in Natchez, MS and died at the Summit Retirement Center in Alexandria.

He leaves to cherish his memories: one son, Shawn White (Regina Hartley) of Vidalia, LA; one daughter, Cynthia Carter of Alexandria; two brothers, Leroy Trask, Sr. (Rose) of Alexandria; Sonny Trask of Houston, TX; two sisters, Rose Lou Mims and Sherry Trask both of Baton Rouge, LA; two aunts, Clotea Smith of Harvey, LA and Carrie Jean Banks of Port Arthur, TX; one uncle, Alex Johnson of Detroit, MI. and a special niece and caregiver, Angel Trask of Alexandria.

Preceding Mr. Trask in death are his parents, one brother, Eddie Lee Trask and one sister, Jennie V. Lawrence.
