Funeral services for Lucille Young, 74, of Ferriday, LA will be held Friday, June 30, 2017 at 1:00pm from St. Mary Baptist Church in Jonesville, LA. Burial will follow at the St. Mary Cemetery also in Jonesville with Rev. Louis Barber officiating.

Mrs. Young, daughter of Wesley Young, Sr. and Willie Mae Green Young, was born in Jonesville and died at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday. She was a homemaker and a long time resident of Camelot Leisure Living Home in Ferriday.

She is survived by one brother, Rev. Frank Young and his wife, Barbara, of Vidalia, LA; three nieces and three nephews and a number of cousins.

Mrs. Young is preceded in death by her parents.
