Funeral services for MacArthur Jones, 75, of Houston, TX, formerly of Vidalia, LA, who passed on Dec. 1, 2024 at Houston Hospice of Houston, will be at 11:00 AM, Saturday, Dec. 7, 2024, at the Kingdom Living Ministry (Doty Road) in Ferriday, LA with Elder Marvin Tennessee officiating.

Burial will follow at Clayton Garden of Rest Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday. Visitation will be from 3PM to 5PM at the funeral home.

MacArthur Jones was born Mar. 20, 1949, in Natchez, MS, the son of Eddie and Viola Mosby Jones.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

MacArthur Jones leaves to cherish his memories to his wife, Marilyn Jones of Ferriday, LA; one daughter, Denise Jone -Thorn, of Houston, TX; other family and friends.
