Services for Megan  C. McCoy, 43, of Clayton,  LA who died June 30, 2019 at her residence will be 11:00AM Saturday at St. Mark Baptist Church in Clayton, LA, with the Pastor Don Lucas officiating. Burial will follow at the Clayton Garden of Rest Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday, LA. Visitation will be Friday from 4 to 6PM Friday at the funeral home.

Mrs. McCoy was born Nov. 15, 1975, in Natchez, MS, the daughter of Lionel Anderson and Willie McCoy. She was preceded in death by her son, LaFrederick McCoy.

Survivors include her parents, Lionel Anderson of  Clayton, LA and Willie McCoy of  Vidalia, LA; two sons, DeMarcus McCoy and  DeMikal D. McCoy; one daughter, MaKyra McCoy all of Clayton; five brothers, Lanell "Bubba" McCoy of  Vidalia, LA, Kelly Anderson(Alma) of Denver, CO; James Anderson of  Houston, TX; Paul Anderson(Belinda) and Larry Washington both of Dallas, TX; a cousin raised like a brother, Chief Bobby Madison(Shannon)of  Clayton, LA; three sisters, Muriel McCoy of  Natchez, MS;  Arlene Vinson(Joe) of Ferriday, LA;  Cassandra Anderson of  Clayton, LA; four aunts; one maternal aunt, Shelly Rice(Johnnie) of  Vidalia, LA; one uncle, Larry Green(Paul) of Tacoma, WA; Godsister, Shirley Davis of Ferriday, LA; a good friend, Chaka Khan Warner-Miller of  Nashville, TN; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
