Funeral services for Pearline Brown, 85, of Ferriday, LA, who passed on Oct. 31, 2024, will be at 2:00 PM, New Morning Star BC, with Pastor Danny Lewis officiating.

Burial will follow at Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be on Friday, from 5 to 6, at the funeral home.

Pearline Brown was born on Mar. 3, 1939, in Ferriday, LA, the daughter of Jack Carter and Lubertia Whitley.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two daughters, Quintella White, Mable Daniels.

Mrs. Pearline leaves to cherish her memories to two sons, Tony Lewis (Pamela), Robert Lewis; four daughters, Tameka Lewis, Agnes Franklin, all of Ferriday, LA, Tunda Wannamaker, Renata Lewis, both of Dallas, TX; one brother, Joe Carter; one sister, Pastor Jennie B. Kimble, both of Ferriday, LA.
