Funeral services for Pete "Buck" Morales, Jr. will be held Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11:00am from the Harvest Baptist Church, 305 Lake Drive, Ferriday, LA. Burial will follow at the Vidalia Cemetery in Vidalia, LA with Bishop Justin Conner officiating. Visitation will be held Friday evening at the Greater St. Reed Fellowship Church at 409 Eighth Street in Ferriday from 5 to 7pm.

Mr. Morales, son of Pete and Rosanna Collins Morales was born in Wildsville, LA and died at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA. He was a member of the Greater St. Reed Church and a farm equipment mechanic.

He is survived by his wife, Glinda Thomas Morales; four sons, Kedrick Morales both of Ferriday; Juan Mason and his wife, Juliet; Roosevelt Morales and his wife, Bobbie; Alton Morales and his wife Gloria all of Waterproof, LA; four daughters, Sharon Wilcox of Charlotte, NC; Belinda Chatman and her husband, Calvin; Valerie Thomas and Beulah Mason all of Ferriday; daughter-in -law, Louvenia Morales of Vidalia, LA; sister-in-law, Jonteel Morales of Ferriday.

Also two brothers, Lucky Morales of Ferriday and Johnny Morales of Vidalia; one sister, Eliza M. Williams and her husband, Robert of St. Joseph, LA; fourteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, one son, Larry Morales, two brothers, Bob Morales and Herman Morales; three sisters, Ruby Morales, Beatrice Morales and Betty Spencer.
