Graveside services for Peter R. Turner, III, 69, of Suwanee, GA, formerly of Ferriday, LA will be held Friday, June 7, 2024 at 1:30pm at the Natchez National Cemetery in Natchez, MS with military honors, under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday. Bishop Justin Conner will officiate.

Mr. Turner, son of Peter and Gloria Burns Turner, was born in Ferriday, whom both preceded him in death.

He served in the United States Air Force from 1976 to 1996 earning an honorable discharge for twenty years of service.  He served during the Vietnam War and was a dental tech while in the military.

Mr. Turner leaves to cherish his memories: two daughters, Latricia Jackson of Dallas, TX and Natasha Gilmore (Wilbert) of Los Angeles, CA; three sisters, Ann Turner Greene; Dale Turner Pierre and Donna Turner McKinney (David); three brothers, Guy Turner (Chere Patterson); Eric Turner and Shawn Jay Turner (April Whittington).

Also, seven grandchildren, LaMetria Sewell, Jaliyah Lyles, Bryce Westbrook, Brenton Westbrook, Gabrielle Gilmore, Saxton Gilmore and Syre Gilmore. And a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
