Funeral services for Roderick D. Brown, 43. of Bastrop, LA formerly of Vidalia, LA were held July 7, 2025 from the St. Stephens Baptist Church in Vidalia under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday, LA. Burial followed at the Vidalia Cemetery with Pastor Leon Dixon officiating.

Mr. Brown, son of Charles Brown, Sr. and the late Karen Warner Brown, was born in Natchez, MS and died at Glenwood Medical Center in West Monroe, LA. He was a graduate of Vidalia High School class of 2000. He was a warehouse forklift operator.

He is survived by his father of Beaumont, TX , a sister, Kalinda Endland of Vidalia, aunts, uncles and other relatives and friends.
