Funeral services for Ronald D. "TD" Henderson, 56, of Harker Heights, TX, formerly of Ferriday, LA will be held Friday, September 18, 2015 at 11:00am from Greater St. Reed Baptist Church in Ferriday. Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery in Natchez, MS with Bishop Justin Conner officiating.

Mr. Henderson, son of Wilbert and Alberta Harris Henderson, was born in Ferriday and died at the Olin Teague Veterans Hospital in Temple, TX. He was a retired engineer for the US Army.

He is survived by his mother, Alberta H. Henderson; four sisters, Elizabeth Henderson, Margie Thomas and her husband, Jackie; Missie Melancon and Melissa Henderson; four brother, Buster Henderson, Frank Henderson, Lloyd Henderson all of Ferriday; Claude Hendeson of Seattle, WA brother-in-law, Melvin Brown, Jr. of Harker Heights, TX; one aunt, Ernestine Harris; a special cousin and devoted friend, Patricia Martin; and a host of nieces, nephews and other reltives.
