Services for Roosevelt Kelly, Jr. 65, of Waterproof, LA will be held July 12, 2014 at 11:00am from Myrtle Grove Baptist Church in Waterproof. Burial will follow at the Myrtle Grove Cemetery with Rev. Michael Cox officiating. Visitation will be from 9am to service time at the church.

Mr. Kelly, son of Roosevelt and Nancy White Kelly was born in Waterproof and died at his residence. He was a farmer.

He is survived by six brothers Roger Kelly and his wife, Jackie; Franklin Kelly and his wife, Demetris all of Nashville, TN; Billy Harden and his wife, Mary; Alex Harden, Sr. and his wife Beatrice all of Port Gibson, MS; Tom Kelly and his wife, Anita of Winnsboro, LA; Wilbur White, Sr. and his wife, Sharon of Alexandria, LA; two sisters, Nancy Kelly of Port Gibson; Cora Lee Thomas of Nashville; special friend, Lynell Hatten of Harrisonburg, LA; and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins. He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Augusta Kelly; a brother, Charles E. Harden and a sister-in-law, Juanita Harden.
