Funeral services for Rosie Neal Hooper, 85, of Ferriday, LA will be held Saturday, November 30, 2019 at 11:00am from the Word of Faith Ambassador Outreach Church in Ferriday. Burial will follow at Ferriday Cemetery under the directions of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 4 to 6pm at the funeral home. Rev. Robert Strickland will officiate.

Mrs. Hooper, daughter of Edward Neal, Sr. and Illinois Litt Neal, was born in Knox, LA and died at her residence.

She is survived by three sons, Jimmy Hooper and his wife, Linda; Warren Neal and his wife, Mattie all of Ferriday; Earl Neal and his wife, Vickie of Natchez, MS; two daughters, Venora Hooper and her husband, Larry; Shirley Anderson all of Ferriday; four sisters, Lola Cook of Reserve, LA; Annie Neal and Effie Washington both of Ferriday; Lucy Mitchell of New Orleans, LA. And a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.
