Funeral services for Ruth Ann Dotson, 71, of Vidalia, LA will be held Saturday, March 10, 2018 at 11:00am from St. Stephens Baptist Church, 501 Clinton Street, Vidalia, LA. Burial will follow at the Vidalia Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 5 to 7pm at Concordia Funeral Home, 609 Alabama Avenue, Ferriday, LA.

Mrs. Dotson, daughter of Charlie and Leola Lloyd Dotson was born in Vidalia and died at River Region Medical Center in Vicksburg, MS.

She is survived by three sons, Leonard E. Turner, Jr. and his spouse, Deanna Robertson; Willie Turner and Greatery Dotson; two daughters, Tommie "Lady Bird" Dotson and Sandra Dotson all of Vidalia; one sister, Delores Jenkins of Lake Charles, LA.

Also ten grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Margaret Burden Taylor.
