Services for Samuel Johnson, IV, 20, of Ferriday, LA, who died Sept. 11, 2019, will be 11:00 AM Saturday at The Harvest Baptist Church with Pastor Leroy White officiating.

Burial will follow at Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Friday from 5 to 7PM at the funeral home.

Mr. Johnson was born July 21, 1999, Ferriday, LA, the son of Samuel Johnson, III and Trina Green.

He is preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents, P.M. and Willie Mae Germany; maternal grandmother, Wanda Green; maternal great-grandmother, Julia Green.

Survivors include his parents, Trina Green, Ferriday, Samuel Johnson, III, Vidalia, LA; five sisters, Samyra Johnson, Apple Johnson, both of Vidalia, LA, T'Keyah Green, Rayville, LA, Steponeikka Green, Diamond Johnson, both of Ferriday, LA; a host of other family and friends.
