A memorial service for Sharon Watkins, 59, of Ferriday, LA will be announced at a later  date by Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday, LA.

Mrs. Watkins, daughter of Howard and Lillie Mae Gardner Watkins, was born in Ferriday and died at her residence.

She is survived by her two children, Patrick Westbrook and Shawona Westbrook both  of Ferriday; one brother, Howard Green of Monroe, LA; three sisters, Brenda Lawrence (Darrin) of Ferriday; Patricia Rollin of Fontana, CA and Maria Rivers of New Orleans, LA. Also a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives and friends.

Mrs. Watkins is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Howard Rivers and Frank Gardner.
