Funeral services for Shirley M. Dawson, 61, of Roxie, MS, who passed on Nov. 4, 2024 at the  Southwest Regional Medical Center in  McComb, MS  will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024 at the  Oak Grove Free Methodist Church (Sandy Lake) in  Jonesville, LA, with Bro. Aaron Jolly officiating.

Burial will follow at South Central Cemetery in  Wisner, LA, under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday, LA.

Visitation will be Friday, from 5 to 9PM at the church.

Shirley McNeece Dawson was born, Aug. 31, 1963 in Nevada, MO, the daughter of Murle, Sr. and Dorothy Greer McNeece.

She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Marion McNeece and a sister, Mary Gorham.

Shirley leaves her loving memories to her daughter, Linda "Moochie" Dawson; one son, James (Jana) Dawson, Jr.; her grandchildren, Drake Dawson, Cheyenne Williams, Hunter Dawson, Bella Tarver, Remington Dawson, Sadie Mae Dawson, Tucker Dawson; one sister, Linda (Andrew) Clem; two brothers, Bob (Barbara) McNeece, Murle Ray McNeece; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
