Funeral services for Theresa Johnson, 66, of Ferriday, LA will be held Friday, May 20, 2016 at 10:00am from Mt. Sinai Baptist Church in Ferriday. Burial will follow at the Natchez National Cemetery in Natchez, MS. Rev. Henry Calhoun of Los Angeles CA will officiate.

Mrs. Johnson, daughter of Lula Johnson Jefferson was born in Ferriday and died at her daughter's house in Vidalia, LA. She was a homemaker and a member of Mt. Sinai Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her mother and a son, Derrick D. Johnson.

Her survivors include: her husband Vernon J. Calhoun of Ferriday; one son, Antonio Johnson; three daughters, Shawanda Johnson and Shelita Johnson all of New Orleans, LA; Linda Johnson of Vidalia; one uncle, Alex Johnson of Detroit, MI; two aunts, Carrie Jean Banks of Port Arthur, TX and Clotea Smith of Harvey, LA.

Also eleven grandchildren and a number of cousins and other relatives.
