Funeral services for THOMAS CLARK, SR., 53, of Waterproof, LA will be held Saturday, July 30, 2016 at 11:00am from Oakwood Baptist Church in Waterproof. Burial will follow at the New Fountain Cemetery with Rev. Jarrod Bottley officiating. Visitation will be held Friday evening from 6 to 7pm at the funeral home.

Mr. Clark, son of Truman Stacker and Marshal Clark was born in Waterproof and died at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday. He was a farmer.

He is survived by his mother of Waterproof; one son, Thomas Clark, Jr. and his wife, Jayrisha of St. Jospeh, LA; two daughters, Clara Taylor of Honolulu, Hawaii; Tialmbrae Clark of Virginia. four brothers, Lee James Clark and his wife, Janice of Beaumont, TX; Louis Clark of Waterproof; Rick Clark and Truman Clark of Monroe, LA; four sisters, Edna Carter and Miranda Clark of Las Vegas, NV; Mary Clark of Clayton, LA; Joyce Clark of Waterproof; six grandchildren; his fiancé', Tammy Sullivan of New Orleans; special friend, Dewitt Hill of Ferriday. And a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Mr. Clark is preceded in death by his father and one brother, Truman "June" Clark.
