A memorial service for Veronica "Dollo" Ford, 61, of Ferriday, LA will be announced at a later date. Mrs. Ford, daughter of Wilbert Jones and Laura Hall was born in Ferriday and died at  her residence following a long illness.

She is survived by one son, Andrew Smith and his wife, Sheketha of Natchez, MS; two daughters, Esther Smith of Vidalia, LA and LaTrisha Hall of Ferriday; three brothers, Elijah Hall and his wife, Linda of Mobile, AL; Michael Hall and Andre Hall both of Ferriday; one sister, Janet Whitlow of Sacramento, CA.

Also two aunts, Carrie Hall of New Orleans and Mildred Hall Davis of Ferriday; two uncles, Henry Bottley of Concord, CA and Johnnie Hall of Ferriday. And a number of nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Preceding her in death are her parents and one sister, Marilyn Hall.
