Services for Wanda S. Gray, 59, of Vicksburg, MS formerly of Vidalia, LA will be held Wednesday, November 26, 2014 at 12:00 noon from Mt. Carmel Baptist Church in Vidalia. Burial will follow at the Vidalia Cemetery.

Ms. Gray, daughter of Spencer Gray and Ollie Wells Powell was born in Vidalia and died at the Central Mississippi Medical Center in Jacksn, MS. She was a homemaker.

She is survived by her father, Spencer Gray of Gulfport, MS; one daughter, Lauren Johnson; one grandchild, Dashaun Johnson both of Gaithersburg, MD; her step father, Clarence "Moody" Powell of Vidalia; three brothers, Kalpatrick Wells and his wife, Daffney, of Vicksburg; Oliver Powell and his wife, Kimberly, of Rowlett, TX; Pastor John Armstrong and his wife, Ann, of Kentwood, LA; five sisters, Marlene Bell and her husband, Jerome of Upper Marlboro, MD; Arlona Morgan and her husband, Clarence, of Baker, LA; Adrea Hinton and her husband, Willie; Melissa Dunbar and her husband, Louis all of Vicksburg; Raquel of Lanham, MD.

Also one uncle, Frank Wells of Huffman, TX; two aunts, Helen Wells of Brooklyn, NY and Josie Sims of Waco, TX. And a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her mother and one uncle, Albert Wells.
