Services for Mrs. Weltha Mae Earls Davis, 80, of Natchez, MS will be held May 16,2014 at 11:00am from St. Matthews Baptist Church in Woodville, MS. Burial will follow at the church cemetery with Rev. Jesse Earls officiating. Visitation will be Saturday morning from 10:00am to service time at the church.

Mrs. Davis, daughter of Elmo Earls and Iretha Reynolds was born in Natchez, MS and died at Natchez Regional Medical Center in Natchez.
She was a retired custodian for The Alaska School District in Anchorage, Alaska.

She is survived by three sons, Lester Bailey and his wife, Leediafastje; Robert Bailey all of Natchez; Roosevelt Bailey of Tacoma, WA; one daughter, Laretha Ellington of Anchorage; eight grandchildren, Chris Bailey of Tacoma, WA; Cristeena Bailey of Seattle, WA; Latoya Bailey, An-Drea Bailey, Quinita Ellington and Saretta Ellington all of Ancorage; Eudora Bailey of California; Quincy Ellington of South Carolina; two uncles, Horace Mack Earls of Woodville; J. D. Earls of Detroit, MI; eight grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren and many other relatives.

Mrs. Davis is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Leon Davis and one grandchild, Zeneta Ellington.
