Services for Mrs. Wilda White, 71, of Ferriday, LA will be held Saturday, September 19 2015 at 11:00am from Rufus Baptist Church in Ferriday and burial will follow at Myrtle Grove Cemetery in Waterproof, LA.

Mrs. White, daughter of William and Faye Brumfield Mixon, was born in McComb, MS and died at Heritage Manor Health and Rehab Center in Ferriday. She was a retired beautician.

She is survived by two sons, Louis White, Jr. and his wife, Shelia Rose of Winnsboro, LA; Paul White of Kenner, LA; four daughters, Vera White, Valerie Robertson both of Ferriday; Marie A. Robertson of Kenner, LA; Delores Robertson of Vidalia, LA; one brother, William Mixon, Jr. of Hammond, LA; fifteen grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Also a special friend, Frank Ford of Ferriday.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Louis White, Sr. and one daughter, Debra White.
