Services for William McKeel, Sr. 71, of Ferriday, LA will be held March 5, 2016 at 2:00pm from St. James Baptist Church in Frogmore, LA. Burial will follow at the church cemetery with Rev. Eddie Schiele and Rev. Everett Schiele officiating.

Mr. McKeel, son of Gabe and Rosie Lee Lemons McKeel was born in Frogmore and died at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday. He was a retired sanitation supervisor for the Town of Ferriday.

He is survived by his wife, Eliza Green McKeel of Ferriday; two sons, William McKeel, Jr. of Natchez, MS; Terral Campbell of Denver, CO; three daughters, Shawn McKeel of Chicago, IL; Tonya Campbell of Ferriday; Wanda McKeel of Anaeim, CA; three sisters, Bobbie McKeel Adams, Bertha McKeel and Rosie Lee McKeel all of Ferriday; ten grandchildren and a number of nieces, nephews and cousins.
